We Value our Realtor Partners!

We will pay YOU a $500 Referral Fee, once rented.

We Honor Client Relationships

We WILL notify you if/when Your Client starts talking about selling their rental property.

Built into our Management Agreement is a section to note you, as the Referring Realtor. You are also noted prominently in our property management software, so we see it regularly, and remember with gratitude, that You Trust Us with caring for Your Client.

We Back It Up with Fee Waivers

Normally, when a property owner decides to sell a property prior to lease end, there is a $495 Transaction Support Fee, covering the extra labor required in selling a tenant-occupied property.

When they sell through you, the Referring Realtor, that fee is completely waived! This is a strong encouragement to bring their business back to you.

We Pay Referral Fees

We are affiliated with a home sales company, primarily to support our Tenants in buying a home. Your Client will be excluded from All targeted marketing for sales. After ensuring you’ve been informed of their desire to buy/sell, and had the opportunity to serve them, if Your Client requests to work through this arrangement, OF COURSE you would be paid a 25% referral fee!
