We have enjoyed having you as one of our tenants, and hope you’ve enjoyed your stay! As a part of our service, we offer a few tips that we hope will make your departure more pleasant.
- Rent is still owed for your last month.
- Checkout includes a walkthrough of the property confirming condition. Contact me to schedule a time. It can be on the day of lease expiration or earlier, depending on your move out date.
- Keys will be turned in during Checkout. Remember to set aside any garage door openers, HOA parking passes, clubhouse keys, etc.
- DO NOT SHUT OFF Utilities, or you will be charged for the reconnection fee. Rather, inform them when you are moving out, and that a new tenant will be moving in within 5 days. - Forward your Mail by visiting moversguide.usps.com. We will not forward mail for you.
- Clean the unit – While professional cleaners are always brought in, you can reduce the cost by following the suggestions on these Cleaning Guidelines
- Carpet Cleaning will be done as well. Again, we compare current condition (stains) to that on your Check In Form.
