Creating a Welcoming Environment
At On The Mark Property Management, it’s important to us that all of our residents experience a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. To assist us in ensuring that our pet and animal policies are understood, we require anyone with a pet or animal to complete a third-party screening and evaluation process. This ensures we have clear pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments formalized, and accurate records to create mutual accountability. If you have a Service/Assistance Animal, please let us know right away, so we can best honor all Fair Housing Act provisions.
