Resident Utilities Responsability
As per your lease agreement, it is the responsibility of the resident to ensure that all essential utilities are accessible and sufficient for your needs. To assist you in this process, we have compiled a list of common utility providers for your convenience.

** City utility accounts are made in the Landlord’s name. Bills will be charged, by Management, to your ledger on your online portal. **All other utility accounts are made in the Tenant’s name. Please contact them to set up your accounts.
