Our Check-In Form is digital, and will be sent to you on Move-In Day.
It must be completed within the first 5 days after moving in.
Be detailed, as we use this form to compare condition against when you move out, and any new issues will be charged to your Security Deposit.
If you want to extend your stay with us beyond the lease term, reach out to your Property Manager as early as possible. We’ll get you a renewal addendum, and you’re good to go!
If you’re just looking for a short-term lease extension, these are approved on a case-by-case basis by the Property Manager. Reach out, and let’s see what we can do!
If you need to move out prior to the end of the Lease Term, follow these steps:
Step 1: Notify us in writing by completing a Tenant Notice of Intent to Vacate form. You can request a copy from your Property Manager.
Step 2: Pay the greater of:
An Early Termination Fee in the amount of 3 mo of rent OR
The Actual Lost Rents through the remainder of the lease term, and marketing fees to re-rent the property.
Exceptions:
Military Service Required Relocation
If Tenant is a member of the Armed Forces on extended active duty and receives change of station orders to permanently move from the local area, Tenant may terminate this agreement by complying with the Service Member’s Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
